    Acer extensa 6535 Mouse problem!


    Hello ,

    I have problem with my laptop
    mouse not work,
    and when I remove the drive and restart PC its work okay , but after restart again its stop working again !


    Any advice ?

    Thanks! Now, a few questions:

    Acer Extensas are laptops, so are you talking about the touchpad, or a USB mouse? Please provide the make & model of the mouse if that's what you meant.

    By "remove the drive" do you mean you uninstalled the mouse/touchpad drivers?

    Hi again,

    Try going to Acer Service & Support and downloading the Touchpad drivers for your model of Acer Extensa (did you mean 5635? There is no 6535...)

    same!
    I can't get touchpad driver for Seven 64Bit
    I download Vista 64bit driver and install it
    but noway , Same Problem !

    So when you uninstall the touchpad driver (Synaptics) and restart your PC, the touchpad works fine?

    yes If I uninstall It and restart my PC its work fine

    hhhhhhh, Just I press FN + f7 and enable touch pad :)
