keyboard doesnt work!

    Are you saying that you only have one USB port or you tried other ports and none worked?

    its not the keyboard. i boht a new 1 and that didnt work. worked for 3 secs and then went away. its my desktop right?

    Did you buy another USB keyboard or did you buy a PS2 keyboard - one that plugs in to the back of the computer and not into the USB port.

    I am curious; what do you mean by "its my desktop"? Are you referring to your screen desktop?

    Have you tried booting in the safe mode?
