still having built in web cam issues

Hi anyone,I have a laptop,ASI IQ15 D1 WIN/7 ULT.32BIT. For a week I have been trying to enable da web cam.Nothing FREAK-IN happens.what is it I am looking for specificly in device manager.I got drivers from a cant find asi website/support)Did I buy a unsupportable laptop?I would toss this laptop out da window,but you can help a dude out.I'm dont have mush experience only enough to be novice,I answer all questions asked .Please BE COOL AND FIX MY NITEMARE ON asi w7 web cam STREET.
