    I had to remind him *eye roll* He just picked it up and is off to go put it into his brother's computer. Will update when I hear.


    So he cant put it in the computer, apparently they're different. So I guess we'll have to get the kit.

    Similiar problem although i fixed mine


    Hi I ran test disk along with Westerdigi diagnostics tool nothing helped i have a similar device *adapter* from the previous posts however i also placed a pin on 5-6 and my drive shows up now on my system as an external drive Hope this helps
