    Broadband USB modem

    Good morning everyone.

I recently got a new laptop, with WIN7 on it.
For internet at places withtout WiFi i used and USB wireless modem:
    Sony Ericsson - Support - Mobilebroadband - MD400

I had no problem at all on previous laptop (was XP), but now something seems to go wrong.

I plugged in the deviced, auto install started and the software installed itself.
I can connect to internet, and acces most online activity without any problem (net, mailing, IM). But i have some programs that stop working properly (the on that shows most the problem is an online game).

    Error effects:

    • Problems on login process.
    • Visulally apearing problems (visualisation seems to run/stop/run/stop like a periodical "lag" issue)

I have tried the softwares on WiFi and everything works properly.

I also tried pluging my iPhone as another usb modem and try through that, i received same error than with my Sony modem.

So i think this is down to an overall USB modem problem.

    Any ideas, guesses?

Thank you all in advance for your help.
