    PC Acting really weird.

Hi, I have some sort of problem here, and I am hoping you could help me.

Sometimes, MY PC just freezes and I have to shake the Chassis to make it unfreeze again.

    What problem is this?

    Any help appreciated.

Sounds like something is not seated correctly.. Open your case ( make sure that the power is off ) and reseat your your gfx card, memory etc... Power back up and test ...

PS.. shaking your computer is never a good idea...

    Custom Build

    I concur with Tews,
you have a custom build so a component, either grafix, or mem is not seated correctly.
DO NOT SHAKE! Open the case and visually inspect and procede after using proper ground/safety precautions and power up again.
