    Hiya pal

Are you sure there's no model / part number on the bottom of the notebook like Easynote EN TR82 or something along these lines ?
I've been searching for something that starts with EN, but no, the only thing that says is:

    PB99Q10691836029574900
    SNID: 83601058349
    Model: Hera C

    P/N: PB99Q10691
    S/N: 117345250134

    MS-MODEL: HERCO

Well from what i can see the model you have could be one of these 4

    EasyNote EN MH36
    EasyNote EN MH45
    EasyNote EN ML61
    EasyNote EN ML65

They all seem to use the same drivers so it's worth a bash

Perhaps tell us what you want to update, or are you looking only at the specs of your machine?

Do you know what kind of audio drivers you have in your device manager?
