    Can't clear printer que

    Good Evening

I am having a problem with my printer and the printing que.
I have a document that I can't get to delete from the printer que. I have tried to go to the printer properties and delete the document but all that happens is it changes from printing to deleting and it stops there. I have also tried going to the administrative function in the control panel and then going to the services section. Then I go to the print spooler and right click and then click off restart. This still does nothing. I have tried to power down the computer in hopes that the print job would be deleted but when I do this when the computer starts back up it prints the document again and it still shows stuck in the print que. I also have tried deleting the printer and drivers using the uninstall function in the control panel but when I try to do this it says there is a print job printing and that needs to finish before I can delete the printer and drivers.
I am at a loss as to what to do here
    Any ideas?

    I am running a Lexmark X5650 for a printer
For my computer I have a ZT systems CPU
    Intel Celeron Processor
    E3300 @ 2.5 GHZ
    2 GB RAM
    64 bit Operating System

    Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum, I would try the suggestion given, here.

Untried by me. Do not know its value or safety
Cannot Delete Print Jobs Queue in Spooler – Use Stalled Printer Repair*|*Internet Security Blog Since it is untried, use this last and make system restore point, first.

    This

    or the several here:

    Print Jobs- stuck/won't cancel/won't delete !!!!

Did not know you were there, while typing Brink. Hope one of us can help.
