If you dont use it or want a free alternative, Open Office is really good. I am using it and its pretty compatible. Maybe try replacing it with Open Office and see if problem persists.

Do you have install discs for the computer or any other restore discs?
Where did you purchase the computer? retailer or private seller?

i use that program to. i bought pc from pc world in england im just finding the details to see if the works was included in the purchase which i am sure it was the op system was already installed along with the works.
Activation context generation failed for "C:\Windows\Installer\{67E03279-F703-408F-B4BF-46B5FC8D70CD}\WksWP.exe". does this mean i dont have the windows key?

No I think your activation of Windows is fine. There might be a program that is being called that is failing. If you can, post your minidumps from the BSOD, I am not skilled in the BSOD catagory yet, but if you post them, a guru can look at them and advise best course of action or if anything in particular is failing.

Good to hear! So this is probably not the culprit of your BSOD's. When you have a BSOD again, post the minidump file so guru's here can look at it. Until then, just use your computer normally.
