hello I think my controller isnt supported.
its a madcatz wired xbox 360 controller.
here are VID num
USB\VID_1BAD&PID_F016&REV_0490
USB\VID_1BAD&PID_F016
would it be possible for you to update so that i can do this?
if its already supported im sure ive done something wrong and will attempt it again.
thanks :)
Never mind >< was trying to install an old ver. everything seems to be working fine now.
"Click on "Let me Choose" and you should see XBCD driver. Click it, hit ok and that should do the trick."
Where?? The Xbox Controller are listed under "Other devices" here. Should I Browse for it, I tried didn't work putting "C:\Program Files (x86)\XBCD\Driver" there. And "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer" doesn't list it anywhere..
Edit: I made it! I went for List devices then chose All devices, then chose XBC Project at the bottom :)

Hi,
For those who are trying to get the XBCD (v 0.2.7) 64 bit drivers to work with a Hori FS-EX2 flight stick for airplane simulation, there is a line that needs to be added into the .ini file for the driver to recognize that is is supposed to be used.
Go into the C:\Program Files (x86)\XBCD\Driver folder and open the xbcd.inf with notepad.
There are 2 occurrences of the ;Xbox Controllers list below.
;Wired Controllers
;Xbox Controllers
%XBCD.DeviceDesc% =Install, USB\VID_044F&PID_0F07 ; Thrustmaster Controller
%XBCD.DeviceDesc% =Install, USB\VID_045E&PID_0202 ; Microsoft Xbox Controller
%XBCD.DeviceDesc% =Install, USB\VID_045E&PID_0285 ; Microsoft Xbox Controller S
%XBCD.DeviceDesc% =Install, USB\VID_045E&PID_0287 ; Microsoft Xbox Controller S
%XBCD.DeviceDesc% =Install, USB\VID_045E&PID_0289 ; Microsoft Xbox Controller S
.........
Add in the first line below ;Xbox Controllers shown below in both instances of this list:
;Wired Controllers
;Xbox Controllers
%XBCD.DeviceDesc% =Install, USB\VID_24C6&PID_5504 ; HORI EX2 Flight Stick
%XBCD.DeviceDesc% =Install, USB\VID_044F&PID_0F07 ; Thrustmaster Controller
%XBCD.DeviceDesc% =Install, USB\VID_045E&PID_0202 ; Microsoft Xbox Controller
%XBCD.DeviceDesc% =Install, USB\VID_045E&PID_0285 ; Microsoft Xbox Controller S
%XBCD.DeviceDesc% =Install, USB\VID_045E&PID_0287 ; Microsoft Xbox Controller S
..........
Then plug in the controller, in Device Manager find the flight stick and in it's properties/driver tab update the driver and install from a specific location and point this at the C:\Program Files (x86)\XBCD\Driver folder. That should load the driver for use with the flight stick. Then you can map the buttons and sliders using the XBCD Setup Utility as per normal.
Was very happy when I got this working!
