    touchpad overheat?

    hi,
i have a dell inspiron 1525, dual core, 1gb ram, 160gb hdd. a few weeks ago i did a clean install of windows seven x86 (before, it was vista). a couple of days now i notice that the touchpad is getting uncomfortably hot. the rest of the laptop is normal temperature. buttons aren't so bad, it's really the touch area. what could cause this?
