    Installed a 3Gb hard drive

Windows does not see it. Running Windows 7 64 Ultimate. I have 16Gb's of memory onboard. What do I need to do to get it up and running?

    Hi jpk :)

Can you give us a full screen snip of Disk Management

Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image

It may be recognized, but unallowcated & unformatted.

Just went to Disk Mgmt. and formatted the drive. It wasn't showing up originally and I abandoned doing anything about it until the other day. Anyway there it was showing in DM as a 3Tb drive unformatted and listed as drive 0. Fomatted and a letter was assigned, drive K, so now it is operational.
