    Dual Monitor

Hi, wondering if anyone could help me out here.

Just got windows 7 at work and have found a few 'glitches' after hooking up my second monitor. I've always used a second monitor but with the new windows 7 OS on my work laptop, weird things have started happening.

First off, with the new task bar, when i have two of the same program open, and i minimize both windows, i can't re-open them without switching the taskbar properties to "combine when full". The other problem i have been having is while typing, I find I can't type a capital letter using the shift key to begin a paragraph, and I cannot sweep highlight any text with my mouse. These are just a few problems i've found and im wondering if they are problems with my mouse/keyboard (which aren't very old) or if anyone has any other solutions.

    thanks

    Welcome to SevenForums.

First of all, please complete your System Specs so we can identify the situation.

We cannot tell what you should do to solve your problem.

    What is your VGC Display?
Are you trying to add 2nd monitor from exteded VGA port or HDMI?
