Bluetooth Module can't find devices

I went to the Dell drivers website downloaded the original bluetooth driver installed it, and its working

1.Go to Computer Managament --> Services
2.Under the Bluetooth Service there is one called something like Bluetooth Supporting Service
3.Right click --> Enable
4.Wait till it's enabling
5.Right click again --> Properties
6.Set Start Type to Automaticaly start when Windows starts
