New CPU - Slower than Old one.

    I have the Abit IP35-E, that CPU is compatible with the last BIOS version released. All 45nm Core 2 processors are.

    just a small thing, Over Clocking will harm the CPU right? cuz i kinda get confused with those stuff, and where to find it? cuz after i changed my MotherBoard to MSI i got lost in BIOS settings.
