    Problem with Webcam built-in LG E500 V.AP36P

    Hi,
I have a LG E500 V.AP36P and I installed a demo version of Windows 7 32 bits (built 7077) and everything worked fine.
After 2 months I installed a W7 retail version and since then my webcam never worked.
I returned to install the demo version (built 7077) in another disk partition and my webcam works fine!

Does anyone have a solution for this???

    Thanks for your help.

You can try searching for the Web-cam driver manually, or use the CD that may have come with the PC, it must have the appropriate drivers. Also you can just "Goolge" the web-cam name and include "driver".

    Hi Skulblaka,
I've done it and nothing! I reinstalled the webcam with original cd drivers and

I've looked on the webcam website for drivers, but the problem continues....

Can I copy the drivers from the version built 7077 version to retail version?
    Thanks

Yes you cant try the 7077 version drivers. You can also go to device manager right click on the web cam>properties>details tab>drop down menu> select hardware id>Copy and Paste the ID string and we can see if we can find a compatible driver for it. Fabe
