    Question!

So my buddy needs to do a reformat for windows xp.
He doesn't have any recovery discs or anything.
I know you can download the windows xp stuff off of a website.
Now he doesn't have a cd so he can't burn any images to a disc, is there a way to do it on a thumb drive? :O

What is the make and full model number of your friend's computer? There might be some information available at the manufacturer's website that might help.
