The Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor will tell you whether you can run the 64-bit Windows: Free Download PC Upgrade Advisor Windows 7 Hardware Programs Issues

Each installation needs its own product key, so be sure to purchase another copy of Windows 7 64-bit if your machine is capable of it. The 64-bit and 32-bit product keys are interchangeable.

Just a semantics thing, but you cannot upgrade a 32-bit system to a 64-bit system. You have to start with a clean install. Just wanted to mention it, in case you didn't know.

You won't be able to activate both of them...you can use either 32bit or 64bit.

Double check the exact model of your CPU,

CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

    then go here,

ARK | Your source for information on Intel® products

    and look it up.

What is your reason for going to 64-bit? I see that you have 3GB of RAM...did you recently add more and now need to able to address it all?
