    BSOD Or reboots? +REP

hey i got a computer spec are:
    cpu: amd athlon 64 x2 4600
    ram: pc2-6400 1gb x 2
    gfx: geforce 9800GT 1gb ddr3
    hdd: wdc wd3200ks-oop
    cd drive: HL-DT-stDVD-ram
    power S: Enermax Liberty 620w

(some of these parts are new)

when i try installing windows 7 34bit ult. it will sometimes freezes @ the "Starting windows logo" or BSOD right after that part

if lucky, it will boot until it expands files, then randomly says "bootmsr is missing" press "ctrl+alt+del to reboot"

what is going on? what is causing this problem? also is there a fix?

Your specs seem fine for an install.
Which components are new? These may be suspect.
You could boot up with Hiren and test hd, video, etc

tbh, my friend brought it to a pc tech. he swapped parts :S , thought it looks like he putted a new gfx

though, there is no windows...when booting it gives you an error "ntldr is missing"

Hello colgate, welcome to Seven Forums!

If there is no other data on the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) that you need to save the first thing I would try is a "clean all" to the HDD before the install, have a look at step #7 in the tutorial at the link below.
Be sure to post back to keep us informed.
