FiFA Manager 2010

I had install Fifa Manager 2010 on window 7 Home Premium 64bit. After I finish a match a few second, a new window says that the C++ are error and I need to close without saving. I heard people can use compatibility mode to fix the error. Can some one teach me how to fix that?
Thanks alot, I'm just a beginer...
