Dual Boot win 7 and Xp Pro

Hello, I am sure this has been covered.
Which I have found many post, regarding this. However, I cannot seem to get it to work.
First of all, I am trying to get Windows, XP pro x32. To install and Be recognized. For a dual boot installation.
I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64 installed on C:\, before. The XP Partition, E:\. Every time I install the XP. I Dont get a Boot screen. Allowing me to choose, between the two. ( it automatically boots to XP. )

So, in reading all these postings. I have come across this one. That looks like it may work.
Dual Boot Installation with Windows 7 and XP
However, when I am using the XP. I cannot connect to Internet. To download and install. The NET Framework. So that I can install "EasyBCD 2.0"
( Seems, that for some reason. The drivers are not there, or are not recognizing, hardware ) OR lol. I cannot find out where to turn, Items on, in XP. As another post I read suggested.

So, in short. Is there a way to do this. While not having an internet connection. To Download and install Programs. To the XP install?

Or is there a way to manually Change or modify. The Bootrec for Win 7 / Boot.ini in XP. So that, It will recognize separate partition and allow booting. To both the OS's
(plus, in case i do get the internet connection, to work in XP. Does, this "EasyBCD" mentioned. Mean I have to do, The same. In XP as I have done, In Windows 7? Meaning "add new entry to boot menu" )

Sorry if this is long winded and full of questions. I tried to keep it short. It been days, that I been trying to figure this out.
Also, if it helps and I have noticed form other posts. Here is Disk Management snip.

(There is a Linux, Install end of this. However, i am not having problems getting it to boot)

Thanks for your time and to anybody that may help me out with this.

Boot into Windows 7 if you can and download the drivers for XP so that you can have an Internet Connection. If you can't boots right into Windows XP, try Linux Live CD, and download the drivers there. Or use the computer your using now that has Internet access and download the drivers you need.

Sounds simple I think. You save the drivers to a FlashDrive (USB) and install them on XP. Continue with that tutorial on how to edit Windows 7 boot file and add XP Windows Boot Manager list.

Whenever you do an install to an ancient OS like XPired, you need to have your ethernet (if wire) or wireless adapter driver on a flash stick or CD so you can get online quickly to get busy with drivers, Updates, etc.

I would start up Win7 to add XP from there to a Dual Boot menu using EasyBCD 2.0. Do this by booting the WIn7 DVD REpair console (on second screen) or Repair CD, click through to Recovery Tools list to run Startup Repair up to 3 separate times with reboots to rewrite the MBR to Win7 and start it. System Repair Disc - Create
Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times

Now in Win7 install EasyBCD 2.0.2 to Add XP, accept offered boot files, allow to autocomplete, Save, Restart.

There may be a complication because you installed XP to a Logical Partition. OS's should be installed to Primary Partitions while Logical should be used for data. As long as XP is on a Logical partition, it cannot be marked Active to have the MBR written to it's partition to start on it's own without using the 100mb System Reserved boot partition it is using now. But I dont' think that will be a problem since I dont' think you'll want to get rid of Win7 to keep XP.

EDIT: I see Eldin was nice enough to find your NIC drivers for you so you can get online to install Net Framework 2.0 to XP, then EasyBCD 2.0 to add Win7 to see if it will restart to Dual Boot menu. If not, follow the steps I gave to start Win7 to create dual boot from there.
