In that case you would be justified in doing the "clean all" and creating a partition using the tutorial, before reinstalling to the SSD leave only the SSD connected for the install, disconnect the 2TB before you start.

       Information

After you have made backups of everything you care to save and you want to do a real wipe "secure erase" to the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) have a look at this tutorial at the link below, it over-writes everything, all the old Windows code including the old Windows drivers, everything all data, giving you the best possible space to install Windows 7 to; it goes hand-in-hand with a clean install.

How to Do a Clean Installation with Windows 7
Hi do I do both of the above or just anyone will do ?

Do the first one including creating the partition, just do the whole SSD, don't add a size for the partition, then do the clean install, where the first one leaves off the second picks up.

Just study then good before you start.

    So no screenshot?

Wiping a new SSD is extreme and unnecessary wear.

Why not just post the screenshot and let us see if it's set up correctly. We can then move on to help you with any other issues so you have a great install.

    Disk Management Screenshot 101mb unallocated

Ok please see the attached screenshot of my Disk Management sorry I forgot Disc 0 is my HDD and on Disc 1 I have my SSD which has Windows 7 on it I hope this doesn't matter ? or I can change the Sata 3 Ports over and have the SSD as my Disc 0 and HDD as my Disc 1 since the HDD is just there for extra storage.
Also noticed my SSD (C: ) does include a Primary Partition ???

It looks good, so if performance is also good then just a few minor changes can be made to make it completely correct.

DISK0 should not be marked Active if it is only a data disk. Only OS partitions should be marked Active or the System MBR could be derailed into DISK0 during a Repair.

You can mark DISK0 Inactive the same way it would be marked Active using this tutorial and the Win7 Command Line: Partition - Mark as Active

Or you can mark DISKO Inactive at the same time you resize Win7 partition into the 101mb space to its left using the best partition manager for Win7, free Partition Wizard bootable CD: Partition Wizard : Use the Bootable CD

Let us know which you wish to do and we'll give you fuller steps if you need them. Someone may also be able to comment on your mobo ports question, and any other issues you might have with your new install.

Ok I installed Windows 7 on my SSD and formatted the 2TB HDD but i used Sata 2 port since this HDD is Sata 2 but I was just using Sata 3 port since it was not in use Well anyways this time again the HDD was Disk 0 and my SSD is Disk 1 but the HDD was not "Active" know it just says
"Healty (Primary Partition)" before it was "Healty (Active, Primary Partition)" just look at the screen shot I posted before does this mean it's inactive ? maybe using Sata 2 port has helped ?
Plus I do not have the 101mb unallocated anymore this shows up as "System Reserved"

Yes that's correct; are you having any issues booting to Windows?
