Installing Windows 7 Business Edition

I need to do app testing with the RC and know that we will be running Windows 7 Business Edition when it is released. Is there a way to install Windows 7 as this edition under the RC?

Thanks.

Yes there is but the keys that are given out by Microsoft are for Ultimate only. There are unfortunately no keys for any other install of Windows 7.

Update: If you have an iso editing program (like PowerISO) you can open up the ISO file and find ei.cfg in the sources folder & just delete it. This will cause the installation to give the option of which version of 7 to install.

Yup - did that yesterday and attempted to enter the product keys provided by MS. No joy with any of them.

I also would be interested in a work around for this - even if it means that I only have 30 days to use the alternate version.

I'm not sure there is but you could search google for some sort of keygen
warning   Warning
Most keygen software will be a virus, make sure you trust who/where you get the software from

Sorry I can't be of more help
