BSOD after installing latest updates
Hi!
I was running both x64 & x86 version of Win7 RC1 build 7100 quite well till now.
I downloaded the images from MS.
Today suddenly my x64 gave the BSOD..
At the end of BSOD some ACPI error is mentioned
I downloaded the new updates & system was installing them when BSOD occured...
The strange thing is that I tried to repair thru every possible means from safe mode to EMS & by starting from the DVD but it failed.(Every try ends at BSOD)
Now the problem is When I try to boot from the x64 DVD(from which I installed) after "Loading files" the BSOD comes when screen says Windows Starting..... Even before the glowing animation!
I disconnected my all HDD drives but still no success...
My system specs are;
CPU Intel C2D E4500
MB Asus P5E-VMDO
Ram Corsair 6GB
PS+Cooler 600W from Cooler Master
GPU 9500GT 1gb
HDD 2XWD 500 SATA + 2XSG 500 SATA
x64 was on WD 500 while x86 is on Sg500. Now x86(with latest updates installed) is running fine but no boot from x64 at all..
