2 hdd with same ID's!

hi!
i've got a new hdd witch was restored from a old hdd.

windows 7 does not boot from a new one. repair mode changed the ID's and all comes good.

i plugged in the old one and got an error. something about windows is shutdown your PC to prevent ....

i guess it's cuz windows see two drives with the same ID's!

what should i do ? maybe change an ID of an old one is a better way ?

Thanx!

look at specs in my info!
old hdd is a 1Tb seagate with a 2 partitions. system+data!
new sdd is an SDD, Corsair CSSD-V64GB2
but don't think it's a good information. i found my story very logical.. you don't think so ?

there was an hdd system knows it.
new hdd has an other ID, system to work properly - changed it
but when it's a both drives system is confused.. i can change the ID of an old one.. can i ?
