That's quite normal, it does that first as a safety option incase you have any backups...

c:\windows\system32>compmgmtlauncher

but after this nothing happens
"c:\windows\system32>" shows up again with blinking cursor

i know but its not showing up, am in System Repair mode the link you gave me was about getting into compmgmt during installation :/ does that make any difference ??

Ok, now i'm back and couldn't get my plan working .

I'll be honest, if this is indeed a clean/fresh install then you may want to look at following the link to my tutorial to see if that does indeed help. You shouldn't have anything to lose as you're going from a clean system to a clean system

ok i want to mention couple of things bro ..
1) this computer does not have any graphic card
2) what if i dont want to create a new partition during install as mentioned in your guide , will simple format work for me ?
3) I AM SO GOING TO DO THIS

You're system 'must' have a GFX card but it's probably an onboard chip. You can completely format the drive (if you have no data to save) and then re-install Windows 7 using the Custom option and deleting the partition (best clean option). Once you get to the stage you can access Device Manager then you will find something/anything under 'Display adapters' just disable it. This will force Windows to use nothing but the 'Standard VGA adapter' meaning that , once the install has completely finished, you can then download the latest driver from the net and install that
