    Snatch,
What's the real problem, that is, why do you want to make a clean install of Win 7?

See, I bought my Toshiba laptop back in December 2009. I was running with windows 7 since then without any problems, but lately the computer start working very slowly, its getting very hot if I start running a few programs at once and on top of all that I don’t know what I did last night so all my programs and applications appear as word flies and I cant run them. My laoptop is intel core i3 cpu 2.13Ghz 4gb and it shouldn’t do that, as its strong enough.
I was running Windows XP on my previous computer and every once in a wile when similar problems had occurs I was just reinstalling windows and the problems disappear. I thought that reinstalling windows 7 in this one I will get rid of these problems. I know the problem might be anything like viruses and things like that and may be there is other ways to solve these problems but as I always did it this way, so this is the reason I want to reinstall windows 7. Thank you for all your patience and help. I really appreciated it.

    Snatch,
If the laptop still runs then:

WIN X key combo | in the Battery Status area, click on the down arrow and choose Power Saver.

I keep a little 8 inch fan blowing on the back left-hand corner of my Toshiba laptop to help keep the heat down.

Go to Frys, Staples or somewhere and get a can of compressed air.

Blow air into both the exhaust and the intake areas.

Install Speccy. Occasionally, check the temp(s) it shows. There are other programs but I find Speccy to be uninstrusive. I simply minimize it to the tray and check if if I'm away from home in a coffee shop or the likes thereof to make sure temps are ok. If temps are ok, then I run balanced. In a frigid area, I run it at High Performance.

Never, Never block the vents. This is the mistake that most make they are either blocking the exhaust vent on the side of the intake vents on the underside. Never set the laptop on a cloth/felt/leather surface. The laptop must breath. Avoid using on your lap for any period of time.

Let me know the results of these measures.

    To answer your earlier question:

The microsoft 7 install dvd will install windows 7 and the programs microsoft included.

The Factory recovery disc(s) you made will return your pc to the state you bought it in.

That will include all the manufactuer added programs, trial programs and whatever else they included.

Some or the manufacturer recovery programs include an option to backup your data.

I wouldn't rely on it. Back up any data you really want beforehand - better to be safe.

I don't understand what the issue is with your (factory?) recovery DVDs.
    Try this:
Here are instructions for recovery for a Toshiba laptop using the hidden partition on the HDD.
Note: All personal files/data will be lost - the laptop will be like you first turned it on after buying it. If you have personal files back them up first.
