    Windows installation


    I have fogotten my computer password and i tried to reformat but why my computer cant go in to the windows installation? I need help seriously! It has been stuck here for about 3 months.

    Ask the owner for the password.

    Yea, that's the problem. I already put the disc inside but nothing happen. I restart thousand of times but i didnt get into the windows installation. How can i find my supervisor password? Btw, thanks for giving suggestions.

    Did you set the BIOS to boot from the CD/DVD drive, so that it starts up the installation from the DISC ?

    How to Boot your Computer from a Bootable CD or DVD

    If this continues to fail, save a Win7 backup image externally, then burn a free Partition Wizard CD to Wipe the HD which should cause the Win7 DVD to autostart.
