Window 7 64bits Pro with $105 ?

hello everyone ! i got a link to the trinity that prefer Win 7 PRO 64bits with the price just $105 (Full verson OEM ) for DELL.
Are there anything different between the normal win 7 Pro with $259 and the $105?
can i purchase the $105 to install to my new computer with a clean install

OEM can only be used in one machine per lifetime as opossed to the regular retail which cannot be used in more than one machine at a time
In addition, legally you probably do not qualify for OEM, per MS, you have to resell the computer.

OEMs are used by those that sell computers.

This is pretty sketchy selling Dell-branded OEM which is only supposed to be sold on a factory build from Dell. I would not risk any amount of money on it.
