^ True, the MS tool is very picky about ISO. So how one creates the ISO becomes a significant factor.

I had used ISO Recorder to create the ISO image and had used the MS tool to create the bootable pendrive with that ISO image. Had installed Windows 7 Home Premium successfully on two machines. No problems.

Hence my recommendation to try out ISO Recorder. I am sure that both may like each other.:) That apart, ISO Recorder is a simple elegant tool to create and write ISO images of CD/DVD/BDs using native Windows 7 capability. If I am not wrong, I may say that ISO Recorder simply acts as a front-end to harness the built-in Windows 7 capability.

Whatever, I simply love it and use it always to create and write ISO images of non-copy protected CD/DVD/BDs.(My first BD ISO experience is documented elsewhere in this forum. As indicated therein, I have also played the BD ISO. Absolutely fine proving its integrity)
