    Problem with language

    Hello

i recently formated my pc - HP Envy17 1050-ea and installed win 7 utimate.

    I encountered 2 probles
    a) My windows media player and the other players like media player clasic homecinema, vlc etc plays the videos but doesnt show me the right subtitles.
This means the subs appears normally but not in greek. the subs works in another computer but in mine apear some strang symbols.

Should i install microsoft NET framework?

And b) i downloaded the driver from official HP site for turbo boost. My cpu is icore7 1.8 ghz but when i try to install the driver it sayz that my machine doesnt meet the minimum requirments.

What should i do about that??

    Thanx in advance

    1) Are the subtitles hardcoded in the movie file or they are separate .srt/.sub files? If they are separate, do you have the right language files? Also, copy the subtitles file to the same directory as the movie and make sure they have identical names. Thats all thats required.

    2) The turbo boost driver is required for i5 and i7 series processors with integrated graphics. Core i7- 720, 740, 820 and 840 dont have integrated graphics so this driver is not required. You havent specified but I'm guessing you have one of these processors, hence you are correctly getting that message.
