    Removing RAID.

Hi, my system keeps trying to boot from a RAID 0 setup that is set to bootable, even though the OS is not on that drive and its only for storage.

MY BIOS is limit in the way that i cannot change anything apart from boot order (oem pc)

    So my question is..

IS There any way to remove the RAID0 setup from the 2 drives (seagate drives)

or simply disable them being bootable and set them to non-bootable?

IF i can just set it to non-bootable without destroying the RAID, will this delete all data on the RAID HDDS?

The wise thing to do would be to back-up the data before you fool around and lose it and then it will be too late.

Without having any details about your BIOS, its difficult to say what will happen.

The question is : why is it trying to boot from your RAID storage? The answer has to lie in the BIOS somewhere. Change the boot order in the BIOS, and see if that helps.
