Networking Macbook Pro OSX and Win 7

So i got my win 7 desktop and macbook to share files, problem is when i try to connect from the macbook to my win 7 administrator account, it won't connect. I can get on any other user account except the admin account... any ideas?

i already changed the local security settings on the windows system..

thanks for any assistance on this
