Clean install from ISO?

Umm, I have been having the black screen of death before logon and I want to know if a clean install will do anything?
Also it is an ISO and I do NOT know what I will be doing..I know how to mount etc.
I have seen a forum but I am too stoopid for it
Any help would be appreciated. I also want to know that if there is a "cure" for this black screen?
Also, I was thinking that doing a clean install would stop the VD from running half way through and screw my computer...like while windows is deleting all programs.


I did Repair, system restore and sfc/scannow or something.
None of them worked :/

Try this USB Windows 7 Installation Key Drive - Create
Or just burn the .iso file to a DVD

An even better method without using the command line will be the Windows USB/DVD Tool:

Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool

You even get an option to turn the ISO into a disk or into a bootable USB flash drive installer.

I don't have any usb drives or dvd-roms :/

I just wanted to know how to do it so that when windows 7 removes programs I can keep the iso mounted

I am like a stoopid person so I am going to look at all options posted by you guys...thank you xD

Grss, your idea looks PERFECT but I can only run my computer in safe mode .
And it is saying that windows installer is currently not working or something like that...hold on I'll try the download again and try installing it and give you the message

It is saying that windows install is not availible in safe mode but safe mode is the only thing I can access

RIGHT, time to find an old un used DVD-ROM

You want to boot the installer to clean install Win7. To do this you'll need to burn it to DVD using ImgBurn at 4x speed, or write ISO to flash stick using UltraISO or Win2Flash.

I gave you the steps to getting a perfect install before: re-install windows 7
