    i suppose its this the program since my hd is a samsung:
    Samsung HDD Utility(HUTIL) 2.10
    i have the program in hirens boot

    Run a full scan to see if it finds and repairs anything.

    See if you have the functionality afterwards to run Disk Check on the HD. You may need to create a partition in Partition Wizard of the entire HD so you can Disk Check it by rightclicking partition to Check file system.

    If it gets this far, try install.

    Samsung HDD Utility(HUTIL) 2.10 doesn't even detect the disc
    i went to home partition wizard but now the disc is reported as bad disc again so i can't create a partition to try to detect on the program
    i guess it's no use, new HD

My problem is "windows installation encountered an unexpected error windows 7" 0xE0000100 error :(
