    No, I don't do these very often how would I do that?

    OK, I understand WEI is working now.

    Now, why do you want to reinstall windows? If you just want to get rid of some Toshiba extras you can uninstall them in Programs and Features. As for the recovery partition, I suggest you keep it (its not hurting you).

    The answer is that if the Toshiba utilities are not on the Support Downloads webpage for your model, then they can only be reimported using the Factory Recovery Disks or by running the Factory Recovery partition. Save both as back-ups.

    So best to try Bill2's approach to uninstall first: Clean Up Factory Bloatware

    The reason I want to re-do it is so it will not keep putting my printer in drive z which I didn't create. I can not get all of hp out of my computer to put the right version in. All the install program tells me is that the program is installed. There are some other errors I get to. I just want my machine to go faster and have the programs I want on it...
    I have used the add and remove programs option too...
