I wanna thank you guys for trying to help me, I really appreciated the fast responses. I took it to a friend of mine, and over the course of a couple of hours, we realized that the RAM timings were set way too fast by default. Turned it down to where it oughtta be, and everything's cool now, installed without another problem.

Thanks we will need to remember to warn against overclocking and misapplied RAM settings, too.

Glad to see you got the issue resolved and thanks for posting back.

Never heard of the failsafe BIOS settings running memory too fast. That’s a new issue. I will say that I am not a fan of ASRock motherboards. I prefer Gigabyte or one of the other major manufacturers like Intel. In any case enjoy your new system!
