Are you getting the prompt to Press Any Key to Boot DVD? What exactly happens then?

No I'm not getting that. It sounds like its trying and then just boots to installed version of OS. Could it be my DVD drive? I have a second one. I could unplug the main on and put the second one in its place right?

Good idea, since the DVD is retail and likely good.

Make sure both cables are connected securely to OD, mobo and power supply.

Is this retail Win7 DVD which you've used to install before?

Do you have a 4gb flash stick to try next?
