    Complex Win7 error instal & <-BSOD

Hi Guys I'm end up with my problem because it started from bad o worse....
    So the error exisits that...
First I Downloaded a IP Change programm... later my PC just restarted and from then on it's just shuting down his self after Win7 Startup with a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Bsod
So I tried so much thinks to fix it and were breaking my brain but at last didn't anything work.
So I decided...... To Reinstall my Win7 "without" a Disk because my PC cames with the progamm inside and there wasn't a disk with it.
So now at the Progres of Intallation of Win7 the BSOD stop's the install and force the PC to a Reboot.
Now Windows is preparing to do the first Run but it dosn't work... because an Error appears and told me that in consequece of the reboot of the PC ... the first run will continued after a Restart. Sooo theres a Loop.. and I tried everythink but it won't help..Safe mode is nonsense like.. normal start..
I'm in a hopeless situation and really need help guys...
My betiful sunday is ruined :S

no i didn't... i couldn't becuse i didn't have any acces to my destopor anythink sometime in safe mode but the time was relativ so it shut downin 1- minutes..
Can I still do it manually at the Startup? And is that important?

Edit: Allright I just cleaned the HDD with from the cmd I was able to get in

So I stl gettin the error massage if I start windows .... should I now try to Install suceccsfully Win7 after tha I cleaned the HDD?

Edt2: INstall was going right till he end then my reported BSOD appears and made the install to a fail... and that cause the hol precess of Loop again.
