Hello 07sousterra, welcome to Seven Forums!

Before we make any specific recommendations will you please post a snip/screen-shot of the entire disk management drive map with a full description as to which drive/partition is which, so we can see what you have going on as there may be a fairly simple way to resolve the situation.

In the Windows start menu right click computer and click manage, in the left pane of the "Computer Management" window that opens click disk management and post a maximized snip of that.

You can right click, delete the green "Free Space" then C: can be extend into the created unallocated space.

What's on the partition to the far right?

In that same disk management window you can right click the square box of the partition and click "Open" to explore the contents, if there's nothing there you want to save, you can do the same to it as the "Free Space" and recover it into the C: partition also.

I also have a way to recover the space to the left of the C: partition if you're interested, though it's a bit more complicated.

You can try to extend your partition or create new partition and format the free space.

You've touched on a pet peeve of mine. You didn't check "memory", you checked disk space. There is NO WAY you have more than 130G of memory.
