Windows cannot complete the installation

    It happened to me too 2 days ago. I suggest you check the manual that came with your VAIO laptop. Specifically, check out the pages on "how to restore your computer when windows does not start." It explains how to do it using your recovery discs or your laptop's recovery partition. I probably would have gone to the repairman had I not bought some time out to read the manual again. It certainly saved me money and gave me a big sigh of relief.

    You also have the option to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is a superior reinstall without the factory bloatware and useless OEM utilities which have better versions built into Win7.
