This will be complicated. And cutting off the drive listings so we can't see sizes on disk makes it more so.

You cannot boot an OS from a Logical drive. To do this you need to Either create in the Vista space a 200mb System Reserved partition to write the Win7 boot files upon, or move the data off the Games partition to delete it, convert Win7 partition to Primary using free Partition Wizard bootable CD, then mark it Active and write the System boot files to it using DVD or Repair CD to Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times - Windows 7 Forums

After Win7 is booting, you can delete all other partitions since the first and last OEM partitions won't work any longer anyway with the new OS install. You can try making your Vista Recovery disks in Vista All Programs to see if the first partition will even still generate them, so that you have a path back to Factory condition if you ever need it. If it will make Recovery Disks, you might want to keep the first Recovery partition as it might run if ever needed.

Once you delete whichever partitions you don't need, you can use free Partition Wizard to reclaim all of the space into Win7 partition or create new partition(s) as desired.

Consider these options and read over these excellent tutorials to decide how you want to proceed:
Partition Recover Space Used by an Older OS - Windows 7 Forums
Partition Wizard Use the Bootable CD - Windows 7 Forums

I will be back later or someone else can help you customize the steps once you decide how you want to proceed.

Don't even think about it until you have a couple of cd r's to make the boot discs you will need.

There may be an easier way - but you still need 2 boot discs. [If you already have windows 7 installation disc - you only one extra cd r]

How much free space do you have on Games drive?

If you try to rightclick>Modify>Convert to Primary the Win7 partition now it will likely refuse. You normally have to delete each of the Extended Logical sub-partitions (shown in the green border) until you have a single Logical partition (Win7) within the Extended to make it convert.

This is why I said you have to move the data off to delete the Games partition before Partition Wizard will Convert to Primary the Win7 partition.

As SIW2 says, be sure to use the Partition Wizard bootable CD and have the Win7 Repair CD standing by:

Let us know if whether you want to convert Win7 Logical partition to Primary in order to recover the System Active boot files into it from Vista partition, or create a System Reserved boot partition out of the Vista space to boot the current Win7 Logical Partition.

The very easiest way for this to get accomplished is to use Windows disk management to shrink the Primary partition to the far left by 200MBs and create a "System Reserved" partition in that created space to recreate the Windows "System" boot files to; all laid out in Option One of this tutorial at the link below; just disregard the rest of the tutorial.

System Reserved : Create Using Disk Management

Then use the method in this tutorial to recreate the "System" boot files to the new System Reserved partition.

Good quality CD's are 5 for $2 on the wall rack at Walgreens.

Which approach are you going to take: Convert Win7 to Primary to recover System boot files into it, or create a System Reserved partition in space shrunk from the Vista partition?

You'll need a System Repair Disk and a PW Boot CD.
