I can't install windows 7 ultimate on my PC..

I can't install windows 7 ultimate x32 on my PC.. Every time I install it, when the set up is in the expanding file portion, when it reaches random precent it always says "Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070570".

BTW I used a burnt DVD, I bought it on the store here somewhere..

This is the specs of my PC:
    TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S223C
    2 GB stick RAM
    Model Hitachi HDS721050CLA362
    P5KPL-AM EPU motherboard
    Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93GHz

    Please help me!!

Sorry for my bad English I'm a filipino..

Can you tell me what or where is the problem specifically.. Is it on the hardware or the software I bought?

if you actually read and see what is similar to your situation as it is physically in front of u. and as i said it is from what i have read is most likely CD or CMOS, there was a mention of faulty RAM also. memcheck would be needed for RAM, but i would try reburning your CD

Thanks, I'll try to reset CMOS, remove some hardware, but I will never try to reburning it!

I have already installed it successfully without any hitch in this PC, but The error comes only when I re-installed it..

ok so therefore that would suggest either hardware e.g. RAM or ur CD has a mark/scratch it cant read something along those lines.

also on the same PC do u have a spare HDD to do a clean install now just to see if it works? as if it does it is the reinstall thats failing not the install

Do you think it's about the BIOS or the CMOS.. BTW I do have another HDD but only 80GB..
