    The CD reader or the mobo cable for it could be the culprit.

    "Mobo cable"? you mean the sata cable I'm using to the cd drive? And, I never thought of that. Oh my god.

    Download another memtest86 ISO, burn to CD with ImgBurn at 4x speed with Verify.

    If this fails, download and burn to CD Hiren's boot disk which has memtest plus every test and utility ever needed on it: http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/

    You can write it to stick if needed http://www.pendrivelinux.com/univers...easy-as-1-2-3/

    Okay. I'll let that test run over tonight. Should I put in all the ram for that?

    Yes, the Sata cable that runs to the mobo port. And if you run the memtest, you might as well test all the Dimms.
