Do you have files to copy out and/or want to try to repair Win7 first? If so, create a System Repair CD to copy out your files and run Startup Repair repeatedly: System Repair Disc - Create
Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

You might also try tapping the F8 key at bootup to see if the Repair console is listed on the Advanced Boot Options, then if so run Startup Repair and System Restore from the System Recovery Options

If you need to run your eRecovery disks, make sure you are booting the disks by following these steps: How to Boot your Computer from a Bootable CD or DVD - Boot to CD

Other methods of Recovery outlined here:

You can also find any Win7 isstallation DVD, unlock all versions to clean reinstall your licensed version with the Product Key on the COA sticker: Reinstalling Windows 7
