I think you should run hard drive diagnostics. You have a WD, download the diagnostic from here.

    HD Diagnostic

You can also run chkdsk. But what about F8, can you get into safe mode?

When you get to system recovery, what option do you choose?

To get into advanced boot options, you need to tap F8 right after restart and all this is before the spalsh screen.

Recheck everything, and make sure that it is installed correctly in the case and that you haven't got a motherboard standoff where you shouldn't. Double check the cable connections in case they might be loose.

Once you have done that, try again. If that doesn't work, make sure that everything is detected correctly in the BIOS. Try again.

In order to get to the advanced options, I usually keep tapping the appropriate key (F8) about 3 x per second as soon as I power up.

    Hi Dwarf...
I will now check everything once more including BIOS...
Perhaps the 'BIOS' maybe the problem...
