    Dual Boot

I know there are tutorials and some people use the program Vistaboot etc... to get it all to work, but the only way I've been able to reliably dual boot is by installing XP first, then Seven. I think you're taking a chance that you may not be able to boot into one of the OSs otherwise. It's worth a shot though I guess, you can always retrieve your data later if you're unable to boot back into Seven after installing XP.

I've never seen 32 bit XP read more than 3.0 GB of RAM. It's still a great OS though.

Instead of dual booting have you thought about creating a virtual XP (vhd) and setting it up to optionally boot into it as well?
