Win XP is a CD disk, not a DVD disk.
Where did you get the ISO from?

The Iso was from a dell xp pro sp 2 I made a copy of it and for some reason I put it on a dvd. I also have it on a cd and both are coming up with the same results. I am not at home so I do not have my original disc with me. Resetting the cmos did solve the problem ethier.

Exactly how did you copy the Dell XP Pro CD?

Use ImgBurn to extract the ISO then burn it to CD at 4x speed with Verify.
