Share Applications Between Two Simular OS From Non-System Drive?

I have a partition on my system drive. Partition (a) has W7x64Pro[non-SP1], while partition (b) has RT7litex64[non-SP1]. I have another drive with all of my applications and media on it, no partition.

How would a person go about playing a game or using an application from the 'non-system drive' on a freshly formatted OS with proper drivers installed, without having to re-install the application(s) to the freshly reformatted OS on partition (b)? Is this possible?

    All help is much appreciated,
    Mark-

BTW: If my question is not concise enough, please grill me!

Navigate to the folder the app is in and double click on it's executable, see if it works. Sometimes it will. It won't if it has dependencies on files written to system areas like Windows or System32 or registry entries.

If it does work, right click on the executable, click on Send to and Desktop as the target. Then you will have an icon on the desktop you can start it from in the future.
