Let's try this one more time.

You have to boot the Windows 7 installation disk to get to diskpart, it can not be run while Windows is running, have a look at this tutorial at the link below to see how to start the PC from the Windows 7 installation disk.

What is the 80gb used on E?

If XP was on C, and you know this for sure, then you can just leave it the way it is if you are happy with the performance now.

If you are able to boot the Win7 DVD to proceed with the steps given earlier, we can help you troubleshoot a clean install to formatted or wiped HD.

It is not showing the Repair My COmputer console or allowing you to open a Command Box at language screen using Shift + F10 because the DVD is not booting.

I gave you the steps to boot your DVD. Follow the steps, ask back any question you have about them, but there is no point in continuiing to post useless screenshots which show you haven't booted the DVD. We already know that for days now.

Have you tried the one-time BIOS Boot Menu key given on the first BIOS boot screen, or are you going to ignore this again too?

Your screenshot shows Win7 overwrote XP so it is not there any longer.

If it placed it XP a windows.old folder on the C drive, you can delete it using Disk Cleanup in Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools after you are sure you have everything you need..
